Everyone loves Thai food!
Sweet, salty, sour and spicy are the signature taste of Thai kitchen, with distinctive ingredients like coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass harmonizing and enhancing the flavor of the dish. This class is led by Ms. Ayu, the master of Southeast-Asian flavors and spices. In this authentic hands-on Thai class, the group will make:
- Tom Kha (Thai coconut soup)
- Papaya Salad
- Thai Cashew Nut Chicken
- Vegetable Curry (a very verstile recipe that you can apply with chicken/pork/shrimps)
Above will be served with jasmine rice.
