Everyday Japanese Home-cooking course for everyone!

Many people think "Japanese food = Sushi" but this is very far from the truth. There is so much more than just sushi within the Japanese cuisine! Japanese home cooking is easy, fresh and healthy. In this cooking class you will learn to make real-life menus that are served at dinner tables at Japanese homes.

There is NO raw fish or raw meat in this course.

Course content:

Miso Soup OR Miso Dressing Salad (depending on season)
Onigiri with cooked salmon
Teriyaki chicken
Yaki Soba: Stir-fried noodles with vegetables
Price includes water, coffee, tea and wine

For vegetarians we offer tofu or mushrooms instead of chicken, depending on market acailability.
